Raquel and Vireta decided to undertake a project together doing what each one know to make better, to embroider and to illustrate. Vireta creates a few simple illustrations using water-colors where she wants to express the silence and the fragility of the minimalism, leaving free way to Raquel in order she can give it the touch of color and the necessary romanticism to confront the emptiness. Raquel starts embroidering without following any order being inspired for what Vireta‘s drawings transmits to her and she transforms the silence and the emptiness into an explosion of color that evokes to Nature’s smells and the flowers, contributing to the water-colors a texture that only is obtained by using the embroidery.
